Troubleshooting
LED lit, load not on
The LED confirms the command, not that the load circuit is working. Check the relay coil wiring, the relay’s fuse, and the ground. Then run the multimeter test in the installation guide.
Board not in the app
Confirm the board is powered and showing the blue pairing sweep. Then refresh the list.
Several boards are listed
Pick the board marked open to pairing. Every board appears as “SKI Relay” followed by a short ID.
What is the USB-C port for?
It is a service port for firmware updates only.
